Well, now I know what to do with the bottle of Captain Morgan that I have in the cabinet. This is a really simple recipe and I know I'll be making one of these soon. It sounds perfect to have with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and I'm thinking come the fall that some pumpkin or eggnog ice cream would go well with this, too.
