I am not sure how a pasta dish can be considered to be low carb but, leaving that aside, it is a tasty and very pleasant dish and is suitable for the entire family. We used our home made alfredo sauce and also included broccoli in the meal. The flavors were very good and we would all be very happy to have it again.
