I absolutely love casseroles because they are delicious, easy to make, and are great for leftovers. Since this only makes 4 servings, I will double the recipe. When making this, I would use skim milk and low fat mozzarella cheese. To ensure that the spaghetti has a good consistency in the casserole, it should be drained while it is still underdone. The pasta will continue to cook in the oven.

My family loves pizza and spaghetti so this will probably become a family favorite. I'm confused by the recipe because I don't know how much tomato paste to use. I'm assuming a small can. We will have this with garlic bread and tossed salads. What a hearty meal!
