Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked roast beef, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups raw potato, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 6 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup gravy
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in large oven casserole dish.
- Bake, covered in 350 degree F oven about 1 hour, until bubbly and potatoes are cooked.

Hello otish13 4849967, Thanks for the great suggestions! Also Member 19951, It's really up to you which gravy, but what makes sense is a beef gravy. You can also add a little flour and water (like the other commenter suggested) Hope that helps. Thanks!

I brown-off,3/4 cup of flour w/a cup and half of water,plus a tbsp of worchestershire sauce,too give it that special kick.And those of you ,that can use Accent shake just a little and it'll be a very good cassorole,either way.I just love roast beef hash.

we add a little water and flour to ours for the gravy. Not sure what gravy they are talking about! We also do ours in a skillet. Just as good!

I make my hash like this, but to me a secret ingredient to add is Worchestershire sauce. Add so much to the flavor of hash. Give it a try ! ! !
