How much cheese do you use? What kind of cheese does it call for ? Thank you

This type of recipe seems like it allows for any type you prefer, usually sharp cheddar. As to the amount, the tube of crescent rolls probably would cover a 13X9, so maybe 1/2 to 1 cup would do? Just a few thoughts. More clarification to pan size/amount would be welcome from the editors....

The recipe says to fry the sausage and drain the grease off..You don't pour the grease over the dough just the sausage..Hope that helps.

I agree - sounds good, but some inexperienced cooks might mis-read #3. (After cooking sausage, drain grease & pour on top of the dough) Some might actually pout the grease on top of the dough. Sounds silly - but I bet it happens! Also, as msjimmie said, it doesn't say anything about the cheese in the ingredients.

This sounds like a good recipe, but the list of ingredients is icomplete. Step #5 says, "sprinkle the cheese over the top . . ." but there is NO CHEESE mentioned in the ingredients. WHAT? ? ?

Awsome, would add onions and green pepper next time! I used a 913 pan. Everyone loved it.
