Tuna and Noodle Casserole with Mushroom Sauce
This classic Tuna and Noodle Casserole with Mushroom Sauce is easy and it freezes well!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 7 ounces can tuna
- 2 ounces cooked noodles (or shells)
- 3/4 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions
1. Cook onion in butter until soft.
2. Stir soup, milk and onion together.
3. Break tuna into chunks and mix lightly with soup mixture and noodles.
4. Place in buttered 1.5 qt. casserole and top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes.

has anyone found out the answer to this puzzle on the tuna? 7 does sound like alot but then 1 7oz can is too little, i guess we can just judge for ourselves.

Why would you use 7 cans of tuna to serve 4 people? Can you correct this amount?
