Chicken Alfredo Roll-Ups

We're not sure what it is about creamy, cheesy chicken recipes for dinner, but they always seem to hit the spot. Chicken Alfredo Roll-Ups may sound more difficult to assemble then they actually are, but the little effort needed is worth it. Made with either your homemade Alfredo sauce, or pre-made jar sauce to save on time, the creamy flavor blends wonderfully with the chicken and the mozzarella cheese. Save this on your menu plan and try it when you have a craving for comfort food.

What a great idea, combining chicken alfredo and lasagna. This recipe seems easy, and you could make it even easier by using jarred alfredo sauce. I would consider using a rotisserie chicken to make it even easier. This is amazing comfort food! I'd have it with some mixed vegetables or a lettuce salad.
