- 4 medium boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

And this picture is not correct, that is pieces of thighs and drumsticks, not boneless skinless breasts. This recipe would not create that kind of product.

Just wondering, how do you coat 4 full chicken breasts with only 2 tablespoons of cornmeal?? Is this a typo?
