Chicken and lemon go so well together that I am certain that they were made for each other - like tomato and basil or ice cream and chocolate sauce. The man of the house added from fresh chili and garlic (because that is what he does, lol!) and we had a really good salad fresh from the garden. This Luscious Lemon Chicken is so easy to make you could probably do it with your eyes closed. It hardly takes any time and all AND it is really GOOD!
