I use a glass 9x11 pan. Better recipe is 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup in pan, fill the can 3/4 of milk, pour into pan an stir together, (optional, add in about 3/4 cup of French's Onions) place chicken on one side of pan, open a can of string beans put on the other half of pan, now you have a veggie and gravy for potato's. Bake at 350 degree's. Cover with foil for 45 minutes, then take off cover and let cook another 15 minutes. I have even done this using frozen chicken breast, just check the thickest piece to see it is cooked. Enjoy! KICK IT UP A KNOTCH...

My mother taught me this recipe many years ago. except she used cream of chicken soup. Quick, easy & good. I also use pock chops & mushroom soup. The "gravy" made is good over potatoes or rice.
