I love breakfast recipes that I can make the night before. I love having a big breakfast, but I don't like coking early in the morning. I'm sure this is great on Christmas morning, but I would eat it any day of the year!

I have made this for the brunch following my son's wedding. Served with mini sausages and fruit salad...everybody LOVED it.

This looks great! We love french toast and I always add a little cinnamon when making it, so I think my family would love this!

Love this. Morning with presents, family etc. No time for individual breakfasts at such a time. I have a similar one I made for breakfast during a family meal. My brother started making it for his breakfast during the week. He would freeze them in freezer bags and pop in the microwave when he came in from morning chores.

Looks interesting!!
