    Potato chips and cookies don't usually go together, but in this case, they do. Gail's Potato Chip Cookies are essentially sugar cookies made with potato chips. The chips put the "salty" in this "sweet and salty" dessert. Don't forget to sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar once they come out of the oven! Make a batch of these cookies (which yields 5 dozen) and see if your friends can guess the secret ingredient.
