Peanut Butter Lover's Delight Cookies
This recipe for flourless peanut butter cookies may skimp on the gluten, but it loads on the delicious, creamy peanut butter - a full cup of it, in fact! Kids will love these soft peanut butter cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
1. Mix all together by hand, then pinch off about a half dollar size and roll into a ball.
2. Then place on a cookie sheet and flatten each ball with a fork. Cook at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes.
