I love pork chops with fruit- something about it just works so well! This slow cooker recipe is great for a fall or winter night. However, if you would like to try this dish in the spring or summer, I recommend grilling the pork chops on the barbecue and also grilling some fresh peaches in stead of using the canned fruit! Make the sauce as listed and then chop up the peaches after they are grilled to perfection!
