A no bake creme brulee? Is that possible? I thought you had to bake this dessert. I am so happy to find this dish. I have to agree with Maggie. It is hard to find an easy version of a classic dish because it is classic for a reason, and nothing you can do will make it better than the original usually.

I have been looking for an easy creme brulee recipe and have finally found one! I especially like this recipe because it has sensible ingredients that I already have! Question- If you don't have a kitchen torch, would you recommend putting the finished product in the oven with the broiler on to get that crunchy, caramelized top? Any tips?
