I like that Maggie G said this recipe is easy to make. I need some simple ideas in my kitchen right now. I have a lot going on, but that is what these treats are designed for, right? When we get busy, we can still have a fresh and tasty treat.

Fruit pizzas are so easy and make a really wonderful dessert option! This recipe uses a puff pastry sheet but you could also use premade sugar cookie dough to make a giant cookie. I recommend substituting Greek yogurt or even a flavored frosting for the vanilla instant pudding to create a unique option!
