How can you go wrong when you pair coconut with any other fruit? I think this is a magical fruit because whether it is lemon, lime, raspberry, or pineapple, coconut works so good with other flavors. Do you like coconut cocktails? My favorite drink is a pina colada. I want to turn that into an ice cream flavor.
