Single serve and bite size are my two favorite expressions when looking for recipes during football season. These Single-Serve Southwest Dip Cups are absolutely perfect for game day. I used Maggie G's suggestion and put the muffin foil cups into a muffin tin and put them in the broiler for just a minute to melt the cheese, then topped with a dollop of sour cream and cilantro...perfect.

What a fun and creative way to make it much easier for snacking during parties or get-togethers with your loved ones...and definitely way less clean up afterward. I'm thinking you can have an array of items set up with the foil cups to the side so that everyone can customize their own to prevent the foil cups from getting soggy.

I agree that this is such a great idea! The little cups are so cute and save people from awkwardly standing around the appetizer table to get some dip. I would recommend trying to put the muffin foil cups into a muffin tin and putting the oven on broil for just a few minutes to melt the cheese! This would make it messier but still contained because of the cute little cups! I really like this idea for all kinds of dips definitely a great find!
