The Butter Bell Crock and Bread Board Set is a beautiful way to serve fresh bread with spreadable butter at a moment's notice. The Butter Bell Crock is a traditional and iconic way to store and serve soft butter. This method of storing butter requires no refrigeration, yet keeps your butter incredibly fresh.

I love spreading butter on toast, a bagel, or a sandwich, but it is often impossible to do when the butter is cold. The Butter Bell Crock allows you to keep butter soft and ready to spread, without using the refrigerator. The genius design keeps butter fresh by immersing it in water with a tight seal.

Thanks to the design of the butter crock, it can be stored on the countertop with butter for up to 30 days! The crock can hold much more butter than I had thought. An entire, half-cup stick can be fit in the small crock.

The crock looks old-fashioned and stylish at the same time. It comes in a range of fun colors with the word butter in French and English etched into the China. I enjoyed keeping it out on display in the dining room or kitchen for a vintage look and easy access.

I love how the bread board incorporates the butter crock into its design. The crock rests in the indented area of the board so it doesn't fall over. The cutting and serving board is 18" x 8", which leaves plenty of space for placing warm and fresh bread with the butter crock.
