These knives combine function with high-quality materials to create a product you will want to use every day. I found the overall light weight gave me more control over my cuts. Holding the knives was made easy because the handles have angles that conform to your hand for a proper grip. 



The knives in this set each serve a specific purpose. The chef's knife is the most multi-purpose and versatile. I really enjoyed using the slicing and fileting knives for specific kitchen tasks. I rarely had used these types of knives, but was surprised by how much I enjoyed using them.
