The Epicurean Non-Slip Cutting Board is designed to make ingredient preparation simple. The eco-friendly cutting board features nonslip grips on all four corners to keep the board in place as you chop. After using either side of the board, you can clean it in the dishwasher.
The silicone grips on this cutting board are a unique and helpful design element. They keep the cutting board stationary no matter the surface you are using it on. I love that you can easily remove the grips and throw them in the dishwasher if they pick up a little grim.
The lightweight board is just a 1/4" thick, but ultra sturdy, Wood composite is used to manufacture the board and it is known for keeping your knives from dulling. The material paired with the silicone grips, make this cutting board a great surface for prepping tougher and larger ingredients. A hanging loop on the corner of the board makes it easy to pick up and simple to store. Just like the grips, the cutting board itself is dishwasher safe, adding to the overall convenience of using this board.
