Lekue Round Springform Pan Review

The Lekue Round Springform Pan is one of the most unique pans I have ever used. It has a ceramic base which can double as a serving plate, as well as two removable silicone pieces that form the pan. Making cheesecake recipes, ice cream cakes, and numerous other divine desserts has never been so easy.


I have never seen a pan design quite like this one. It is super simple to assemble. Most springform pans have a bottom that comes out, but you run the risk of the side of your recipe sticking to the metal of the pan. The silicone edges on this pan come apart and their nonstick properties ensure your recipe stays together. 



The ceramic base is not only great to use for baking and assembling desserts, it is also wonderful for serving them. It is sleek and sturdy, and ideal to use on any table. 



Cleaning the pan is extremely easy thanks to the design, as well. Since the sides come apart, you don't miss any grooves. The base is flat and cleans off with a light rinse. Storing the pan is a no-brainer since all the parts can be put in a drawer or cabinet, assembled or not.
