The Mauviel Frying Pan is a stainless steel fry pan from their famous M'cook collection of cookware. The 8 inch fry pan is designed with the cook in mind. It is oven safe up to 680 degrees F and is even dishwasher safe. This beautiful piece of handcrafted French cookware would find a welcome place in any kitchen.

One of my favorite features of the pan is the handle. It makes holding the pan incredibly easy and strain-free. The ergonomic design fits so comfortably in your hand. This makes picking up the pan and flipping items much easier. In addition to being comfortable, the handle is designed to stay cool to the touch when cooking on the stovetop. 

The versatile fry pan is not just for use on the stove; it can go right in your oven too! The pan is designed to heat quickly and distribute heat evenly. This keeps food from burning or being undercooked in parts. 

The frying pan has a pouring rim along the full pan's edge. This makes pouring sauces and liquids from the frying pan much safer and easier. The shape and size of the pan make it great for whipping up small batches of sauce, eggs and omelets, or even a small steak.
