The dual functionality of this tool makes it incredibly innovative. Not only can you load fresh herbs into the container for mincing, you can also remove the inner part to strip leaves from rosemary, thyme, and other fresh herbs. This eliminates the need to use two types of tools just to prep fresh herbs for a dish.
