This Smart Planet Portion Perfect Food Storage Container is the best way to bring a well-balanced meal to work or school every day. The silicone container is split into collapsible compartments. The container even includes a spot for transporting dressing and a set of utensils.
Portion control is definitely a struggle for me. If there is food in front of me, I will eat it, but the portion control system actually keeps me from overeating. Each compartment has the portion sized labelled. There is one large, 2-cup compartment, a 1 1/2-cup compartment, and two 1/2-cup compartments. I love using the larger section for rice, pasta, or for lettuce to assemble a salad. The 1 1/2-cup compartment works well for holding the main dish or protein. The two smaller portions work great for sides, vegetables, or salad toppings.
I love how much function there is in the design of this food storage container. The dressing compartment and utensil holder are both held within the lid. When you collapse all the components, this container is half the size! This is great for saving space and carrying the container in a purse.
