I know that this calls for Nutella, but can I use chocolate spread? My daughter can't have the Nutella, but I really want to make this ice cream cake. I guess we will have to make a raspberry and chocolate swirl one for her. She will love it because it has raspberries. They are her favorite fruit, so I am always looking for these kinds of desserts.

Do you also believe that Nutella was invented by the Ultimate God of Chocolate? I first discovered it in Europe and was absolutely ecstatic when it became available here in South Africa. Anyway, raspberries and cream are pretty great too and this is a really good way of combining the 2! It is delicious so do try it, your family will love it just as much as we do.
