Sweet Apricot Sauced Ribs
Create a sweet tasting sauce for those ribs. Make your mouth water with the taste of apricots mixed with your favorite barbecue sauce. Make your mouth a happy mouth.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1 can (8-ounce) undrained apricot halves
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon dry ginger
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
- Bank medium-hot coals in covered grill with peach or apricot chips or chunks.
- Place ribs on grill over drip pan, cover grill and cook ribs over direct heat for 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together in blender.
- Brush ribs generously with sauce and continue to cook, about 30 minutes, basting and turning over.

Omg yum! Ribs have never been a big favorite of mine...but I don't mind cooking them from time to time if they're boneless. Apricots make everything taste good in my mind and I'm sure that's the case for this recipe as well. I'm not sure I'd grill them but I'm thinking they would be amazing slow cooked in the oven in all of that yummy sauce, and can you imagine the aroma lingering in your home? That's enough reason alone for me to make them!

I was going to try this, but I don't know what measurements are used for the catsup, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Am I to assume they are in tablespoons?
