Cheesy Baked Spaghetti
With two kinds of cheese, this baked spaghetti is truly scrumptious! The olives infuse it with a little something special, and the mushrooms make it wonderful.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 28-ounce can tomatoes, diced, with liquid
- 1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can sliced olives, drained
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained (optional)
- 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Sauté onion and green pepper in large skillet.
- Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.
- Add ground beef, if desired.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Layer half the spaghetti noodles in greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Top with half the vegetable mixture and half the cheddar cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with mushroom soup and water mixture, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered at 350F degrees for 30 - 35 minutes, or until hot.
