Yum, I love white wine used with pasta. This dish would be even better with some homemade gnocchi! It is so easy please give it a try! Just use 1 cup mashed potatoes (or mashed sweet potatoes), with 1 egg, and approximately 2 cups of flour. Roll the dough in pieces in long logs and then cut to your desired size. I've also made gnocchi using goat cheese before instead of potato and I think that would be amazing with this dish!
