Easy Sauerkraut Pork Chops
Add some tang to dinner with this easy pork chop recipe. While this may be one of the most simple pork chop recipes you can find, don't be surprised by its superior taste.

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 3 cans sauerkraut
- 3 medium cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Put everything in a roasting pan, or a covered casserole dish, or in a pinch, you can use a slow cooker, just reduce the ingredients to fit. Make sure the sauerkraut covers everything.
3. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 2 1/2 hours, until the pork is very tender.
