T.G.I. Friday's Copycat Baked Potato Skins
Potato skins are a favorite in our house and it's one of the most in demand appetizers at when we go out to eat. So this T.G.I. Friday's Copycat Baked Potato Skins recipe is a must! It's one of the easiest copycat restaurant recipes.

Ingredients
- 10 baked potato skin halves (empty of potato)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- seasoned salt
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1/2 cup fried bacon, diced and crispy fried (about 5 strips)
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brush potato shells with melted butter and sprinkle Season-All to taste. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crisp but not dry and hard.
- Remove and sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onion, place back in oven until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream. For a bit of variety try Ranch dressing.

@Chef 1872251: You will notice in the ingredients list that this recipe calls for potatoes that have already been baked and scooped out. You may use the potato that you scooped out for other recipes. Hope this helps! -- Editor of RecipeLion

Do you empty the potato before baking or after, and what do you do with the potato that you take out of the skin?
