Ingredients
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 2 large potatoes (about 1 pound), cut in half and thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 can (10 1/2-ounces) Campbells® Chicken Gravy
- paprika, to taste
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4-ounces)
Instructions

Preheat 350 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray.

Place half the potatoes in the baking dish. Top with the onion and remaining potatoes. Pour the gravy over all. Sprinkle with the paprika. Cover the baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour. Uncover the baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for another 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

This sounds really good. I make a compete meal like this by adding meat such as chicken or porkchops and using Campbell's cream of mushroom soup minus the cheese. Awesome.
