Cheesy Skillet Au Gratin Potatoes

"I really wanted to call these Cheesy Skillet Scalloped Potatoes when I was making them. Every time I've ever searched for a recipe like this I've always searched for "Scalloped Potatoes", but Big Bear pointed out that he thought these were more like Au Gratin Potatoes! I took to the internet to find out the difference and it looks like Big Bear was right! Potatoes like this with cheese are indeed called, Au Gratin Potatoes. Scalloped Potatoes are similar but they don't have cheese."
