Chobani Potato Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups milk
- 1 large garlic clove, smashed
- 2 cups shredded Gruyère
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 cup Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
- 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Butter 2-quart ovenproof baking dish.
- Heat milk with garlic until small bubbles appear. Add 1 cup cheese and whisk until melted. Remove garlic.
- Beat egg in bowl. Gradually whisk in hot milk, then salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- In three additions, whisk in Chobani, whisking well.
- Add sliced potatoes and spread in prepared dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours, until golden brown and potatoes are soft when pierced with sharp knife.
