Choliday Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 cups plain 2% chobani greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sauté onions, garlic and celery in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add chicken stock and simmer until reduced by one-fourth.
- Empty stuffing mix into a large bowl. Add onion and celery mixture, spices, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Let cool slightly before stirring in Chobani Greek Yogurt.
- Spread in a 9” x13”pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes until browned on top.
