If I didn't already a dinner planned for tonight, I would be going to the grocery store to buy the ingredients to make this soup. This reminds me of the soup at Olive Garden. I would cook the chicken breasts all day in my slow cooker, or maybe even pick up a rotisserie chicken to make the soup. Then I would serve it with a loaf of crusty French bread!
