I can't say enough good things about this dish. My wife and I had the soup at Olive Garden and she managed to find a copycat recipe (possibly this one) on line. It's a great and very tasty soup. We altered it a bit by exchanging cheese tortellini for the potatoes a couple of the times we made it. It's easy to make and delicious. What more could you ask?

This recipe has bacon in it. Zuppa Toscana should not have bacon in it.

One of your bloggers left a recipe last week for "Caramel Apple Cookies" using an apple cider mix. Can you send it to me? Thanks in advance.
