Buffalo Chicken Funeral Potatoes is a cheesy, creamy, crunchy casserole that your whole family is sure to absolutely love. It's only slightly spicy, but has amazing buffalo chicken flavor. It will take you 10 minutes to throw this casserole together, and when it comes out of the oven it will be gooey with a crispy Corn Flake topping. You'll want to make this weeknight meal every week.
