Sausage and cheese is always good, do you not agree? Some of these branded ingredients are not available in South Africa (eg Bisquick and Monterey Jack) so I had to be a bit inventive. Nonetheless it was very nice indeed and we will definitely be having these again. It was just as nice the next morning when I grabbed one, cold from the refrigerator, as a super fast breakfast snack.

Another recipe that makes me want to break out the box of Bisquick we keep on the shelf. This sounds positively yummy and really quick to make. I'd like to try this with some chopped bell pepper and onion as well in the mix. For hot sauce we like the Texas Pete's Sabor! Sauce. Thanks for posting this!

This looks really flavorful. You can buy cheddar jack cheese which is a mixture of cheddar and Montery Jack. I see it more often already shredded, but sometimes it can be found in a block for you to grate it yourself. I like to grate my own cheese so there is no added starches. If you buy shredded, they use cornstarch or similar to keep the cheese from sticking together.

This will be perfect to serve at the brunch I am hosting over the weekend.
