Wow these wontons look awesome. You can also whip them up in no time at all. My kind of snack. I would love to eat these with a nice oriental dipping sauce or even just some soy sauce. I love the fact that these are baked and not fried and can't see how baking them would change the taste so I'm very happy to make these and can't wait to eat them.

This is like Crab Rangoon except it is made with shrimp instead of crab. I love shrimp better than crab. Baking it is a great idea. Sometimes I don't do so well with fried foods. I don't like using non-stick cooking spray because of all the chemicals. But, they sell oil misters. You put the oil in it and you can spray with it so things don't get so oily like if you poured it.
