Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot® Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  1. Prepare cauliflower by washing and patting dry.

  2. Then, cut into florets. Season & toss cauliflower florets in a bowl with garlic powder, hot sauce salt, pepper, and a little zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray.

  3. When ready, transfer to a baking sheet. Roast cauliflower florets for 25 minutes at 425 F.
