- 1 package whole wheat soft dinner rolls
- 10 ounces La Terra Fina Chunky Artichoke Parmesan & Garlic Dip
- 6 slices mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

This is a super simple and really tasty appetizer. This could work as a meal if a bit of meat was added. I'm thinking of a layer of thinly sliced ham or turkey on top of the dip. I'd also sprinkle a bit of shredded mozzarella or Parmesan over the rolls before baking. I'd certainly be up for making a pan of these.
