Ingredients

21 ounces Jones braunschweiger, cut into chunks
1 (8-ounce) package soft cream cheese
1/4 cup sherry
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 dash hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped flat leaf parsley

Instructions

In food processor, combine and process braunschweiger, cream cheese, sherry, onions, mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire and brown sugar until smooth.
Transfer to bowl, and stir in red onion and parsley.
Garnish with additional parsley and chopped red peppers, if desired.
