Delicious Banana Canapés
"A very easy appetizer to start your Christmas dinner. I like the combination of bananas, rum and cayenne which gives a very surprising taste on a fresh baguette. I made this the first time a few years ago, and since then it is reappearing again and again on special occasions. Recently I also put a raison on top. you may vary with different kinds of bread or toast, but the roasted baguette is still my favourite."
