Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
"Lemon pepper chicken wings are easy to make with very little ingredients. Flour, garlic, lemon and of course lemon pepper. These are a perfect summer time food! They are great with your favourite green salad, rice salad or pasta salad. Also awesome with some good old corn on the cobb! Don’t let the simplicity of these gorgeous wings fool you! Makes20 Pieces of chicken wings

Ingredients
- 20 chicken wings (10 wings cut at the joint and tips removed)
- 1 juice of one lemon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper

In a ziplock bag, add chicken wings, lemon juice and garlic.

Marinate for at least 3 hours.

Drain excess lemon juice from bag and add the flour and lemon pepper.

Shake to coat all wings.

Place wings on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add freshly ground black pepper to every wing.

Appertizer! I could have these as the main dish at dinner. By preparing these in the over, they are way better for you than frying. I have some wings in the freezer right now but I need to get a lemon to make this recipe real soon. One can never have too many chicken wing recipes.

I notice that this recipe calls from the juice of one lemon, can the bottle lemon juice be used?
