"She-Crab Soup is a creamy low country classic. Traditionally made with crab roe (thus the name "she crab") we leave the roe out of ours, but you can certainly add it if you prefer. It comes together easily and quickly and will impress your friends and family. Be sure to check out our tip for making sure everyone gets equal amounts of the prize - that delicious crab meat.
