Fried Tibetan Momo Dumplings
"Tibetan Momos are dumplings which are usually steamed or fried. These Momos are fried and stuffed with cheese, making these Tibetan momo dumplings super delicious. Momos can be served as a main course meal, as a snack or in a soup. I love to just make a bunch and enjoy them with a spicy tomato sauce. Another idea is to serve them with a chili vinegar sauce or with soy sauce. A friend of mine swears that a tomato mayo sauce dip mixture is the way to go. Traditionally momos are eaten without dips but I'm not going to cut on the food fun here and let you choose your favorite dip with these amazing cheesy momos."
