Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 cup currant jelly
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 to 2 habanero chiles, minced or to taste

Instructions

Combine jelly, vinegar, oil, soy, thyme and chiles. Pour over wings. Marinate for 6 to 12 hours. Grill or broil until crispy.
