Hot Wings
Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 1/2 cup currant jelly
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 to 2 habanero chiles, minced or to taste
Instructions
Combine jelly, vinegar, oil, soy, thyme and chiles. Pour over wings. Marinate for 6 to 12 hours. Grill or broil until crispy.
