Prawn Cocktail
Ingredients
- 24 peeled, cooked prawns (or large shrimp)
- 6 lettuce leaves, finely shredded
Instructions
4 Servings. Put a little of the shredded lettuce in the bottom of 4 shallow stemmed glasses. Lay 6 prawns on top and mask with Prawn Cocktail Sauce. Prawn cocktail sauce: 2 tbs. mayonnaise 2 tbs. tomato ketchup 2 tbs. whipped cream dash of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. grated fresh horseradish (or prepared horse radish) salt and pepper to taste Mix all together and pour over the prawns.
