This is a cold nice summer dip! I love hot crab dip but also think this sounds like a great option. I would probably use some of the refrigerated imitation crab meat since I enjoy that flavor and also like the bright pink coloring of it. If you didn't want to use crackers, try some toasted pumpernickel bread to dip instead!
